Asking your employer to fund your membership
We encourage you to ask your employer to fund your place on a Branch cohort. Branch delivers value to employers by helping their people return with confidence.
The majority of women are successful in securing full funding from their organisation. We’ll help you make the request.
Common Routes to FundingBranch members typically secure funding through one of these routes:
Manager discretionary budget
Some managers have small budgets to support team performance and wellbeing.
Learning & development budget
Many organisations offer an annual training allowance, which can be used for professional development.
HR or People team request
Some women make a direct request to HR, particularly if their organisation has wellbeing or inclusion initiatives..
How to ask
We recommend requesting funding through a short email or conversation with your manager or HR team.
The cohort has a total time commitment of around 6 hours over lunchtime, making it easy to participate alongside work.
